She sings in function bands, trio’s duos, or solo - performing at Weddings, Corporate events and festivals. Shakella.D is has been part of a variety of national and international theatre tours / tribute shows including The Boney M Show, The Magic Of Motown, Soul Legends – backing the likes of Gwen Dickey (Rolls Royce) and new theatre production Cornelius & Soul Train where she played the roles of Tina Turner, Diana Ross & Tammi Terrel. Shakella sings a mix of soul / Motown, disco/ funk, jazz and reggae.
