MC DEVINE

My name is MC Devine and my Music career soared as part of the group Of 3 Of A Kind – I am now back in the Music game as a Solo Artist and loving every minute!!

 

My career started out in the late 90s finding my passion as a House & Garage MC after being a huge fan the Music, DJ’s and MC's. I was born and bred in the East end of London an area renound for Pirate Radio Stations, lukily I was blessed to be on these stations including Rinse FM, Supreme FM 96.1, Flashback FM, Delight FM.

 

In early 2000 I began making music and released my debut track "Cheating On Me", Artist Candy ft Devine, which I was performing in local clubs and it reached many people and countries. It later went to no.1 in the Swedish Dance Chart. Giving me the chance to visit Sweden and perform there. This was surrounded by a lot of press and a new found fame overseas. On return to the UK I knew making music was the way forward and I then decided to put together a group and teamed up with my friends I grew up with, ……thus 3 Of A Kind was established. Then came ‘BABYCAKES’ our worldwide no.1 Hit single. Again this bought fame in many countries.

 

After the fame which surrounded  ‘BABYCAKES’  I took a long time out to find my feet. I have now travelled all around the country and Europe, doing clubs, Festivals, Wembley Arena, the London Palladium and toured with the likes of UKG CHRONICLE, HOUSE AND GARAGE ORCHESTRA, GARAGE NATION, SIDEWINDER, SUMMER SOLSTICE, SHOW ME LOVE, BUTLINS WEEKENDER BACK TO 2000, and many more.

 

I am looking forward to releasing new songs but still love my Live performances!! My gigs are guaranteed to get the crowd going with a electric, high level energy performance of old and new Garage , House and….well book me and see!
